Seriously. I came in the morning, press abort on my simulation, and three hours later it still has not finished aborting.
So, hi! I ran out of things to do while waiting so I will just update this one.
I finished reading Killing Alice (앨리스 죽이기) by Kobayashi Yasumi.
It is an easy-level Korean, much easier than The Time of A Spoonful, but annoying. The first chapter made me wonder how can someone patiently write this! If it irritated me as reader, I am not sure how Alice would’ve felt in the story. Let alone not end up punching one of the character.
It has a good mind-blowing storyline until splat(!) it fell flat towards the end. It totally made all the previous story has no sense. I guess at one point, the author tried a tad too much. It must also be why the book isn’t that popular although the first 2/3 of the book is really good. Trust a Japanese to come up with such a fantasy story, I guess. But still, it was such a waste it had to end up that way.
I don’t wish to spoil anything for the future reader, so I will just say this much. If you happened to want to read it, please feel free to PM me.
